ASOPE is an association that strives to guide future engineers with proper education and training to become experts in power/stationary engineering.  By staying up-to-date on all power engineering and technology practices, terminology, and more, we promote and enforce compliance with all safety, techniques, tools, equipment, etc. amongst fellow engineers and engineer organizations.  We offer licensing programs that will test your knowledge and experience as an engineer.  ASOPE was conceived and organized by engineers and professionals who were and are members of other licensing agencies.  These persons realize the necessity of maintaining a purely third party agency, that is not affiliated with any other organization to avoid a conflict of interest.  These persons recognized the need for improved professional standards and testing methods that help provide competency in the diverse field of Power/Stationary Engineering and help assist individuals seeking to advance in the profession of Power/Stationary Engineering.  Only qualified training organizations chosen by ASOPE will be recommended to engineers interested in becoming a licensed engineer.  Training procedures are approved and authorized by ASOPE to establish proper and safe educational sessions.
